(makes about 2 ½ cups)
- 2 cups unsweetened almond or cashew milk
- ½ cup chia seeds
- 1 – 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup or coconut sugar.
Place ingredients in container or bowl and mix well. Keep covered in the refrigerator until set (will be ready in 4-5 hours).Serve with fresh fruit, granola and a spoonful of Mike’s Naturals Cashew Maple Pancakes AND/or Cinnamon Vanilla Swirl Pecan Nut Butter.
